1. What we ship
- The Cultunio Journal: single issues and quarterly subscriptions.
- Printed gift cards: on cotton paper in a kraft envelope, with your handwritten message copied by our team.
- Gift membership packs: a welcome card and the current issue of the Journal.
- E-gift cards and event tickets are sent by email right after payment and are not mailed.

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. International customers may owe local import duties or taxes, which are not collected by us.
3. Processing and delivery times
- Orders placed before noon Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.
- USPS Media Mail typically arrives in 2 to 8 business days, First-Class Mail in 2 to 5 business days and Priority Mail in 1 to 3 business days within the US.
- International delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days.
- Journal subscribers receive each issue in the first week of March, June, September and December.
We will email you a tracking number when your order ships. If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
4. Lost or damaged packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days in the US, or 25 business days internationally, please email [email protected]. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo. Either way, we will send a replacement at no charge or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. Our return policy
We want you to love what you ordered. You may return any unused physical item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, no reason needed.
- Email [email protected] to let us know you are returning something.
- Mail it to: Cultunio LLC, Returns, 318 Hartfield Street, Suite 2, Brooklyn, NY 11216, United States.
- Unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong thing, return shipping is your responsibility. For a Journal this is usually under $4 by USPS Media Mail.
- Please keep your proof of mailing until your refund arrives.
- Printed gift cards must be returned unused. E-gift cards can be canceled within 14 days if the code has not been redeemed.
Event tickets are not covered by this return policy. Our event cancellation policy is explained in our Terms of Sale.
6. Refunds
We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Damaged or defective items
If an item is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at any time. Just email us a photo and we will take care of it right away.
